Fitness Center
Location: 8109 Camminare Drive
Hours: Open 24 hours a day with keyed entry
Enjoy working out on State-of-the-art Fitness equipment while overlooking sparking lake or watching you favorite TV show.
The resident only Fitness Center is accessed by key and is located at the VillageWalk Town Center.
TOWEL:
All users are required to bring a workout town. Please use the towel to wipe perspiration from yourself.
Disinfectan spray bottles are available to clean the equipment after use.
CHILDREN:
NO children under the age of 13 are allowed in the Fitness Center.
Children 13 to 15 years of age may use the equipment under the direct supervision of their parent and after taking a fitness training session with a Certified Personal Trainer.
Children 16 and older may use the equipment without direct adult supervision.
TRAINING:
A certified fitness professional may be hired at the resident's personal cost to conduct personal fitness evaluations and training sesssions.
Prior to any instruction, all personal trainers must submit a current copy of Trainer Certification, CPR Certification and comprehensive general liability insurance.
Special Note:
Each household member & overnight guest must sign a waiver of liability prior to receiving your Fitness Center Key. These forms are available under the documents section of the website.
Lost Keys may be replaced upon request at the Town Center Management Office for a fee of $25.
